Workout:
10 Round for time (TC = 35 min)
- 400 m run

Teams:
• Teams of 4 will run with a single 2 m band. Each athlete must always hold the band with at least one hand during the run. If an athlete lets go of the band on the round in such a way that this could result in an advantage in running, the 400 m round must be repeated in full.
• Kettlebell Half-Swing and Squats must be synchronized. Synchronous kettlebell swings mean that all four athletes must be at least in the upswing movement at one point.
• All athletes must be in the downward motion in the squats at least once.

Workout Part 1 – Clean Sprint:
Sprint across the runway with the following three cleans
Men: 70, 80, 90 kg
Women 40, 50, 60 kg
Workout Part 2 - Clean Leader:
Single clean over 10 positions, with 2 minutes for each
Men: 100/110/120/130/135/140/145/150/155/160 kg
Women: 70/80/85/90/92,5/95/97,5/100/102,5/105 kg
General:
Part 1: Represents the tiebreak if more than one athlete finishes Part 2 with the same weight.
Part 2: All weights in the clean ladder sequence must be successfully lifted. Each weight must be lifted once. The highest successfully lifted weight is the deciding factor at the end.
Teams:
Part 1: One man and one woman will compete for the team in Part 1 in parallel. The next barbell may be moved as soon as both have successfully cleaned up the previous barbell. Time is stopped for the second who reaches the finish.
Part 2: All four team members will compete. The highest achieved weights of all four are added up. The sum of all weights represents the achieved result from Part 2. If two or more teams are equal, the result from Part 1 decides the order.

Teams:
• One man and one woman will compete for the team. Both must complete the workout in parallel.
• The dumbbells may not be touched until both athletes complete the rope climb.
• Similarly, the rope climbs may not be started until both athletes have completed the previous squat round.

• Athletes must convert the competition area for the HSPU independently, without assistance from third parties.

• Teams must go through the entire workout twice. For this purpose, the teams divide into two groups of two, forming a man-woman and a man-man group. One group does the workout, and then the other. The order does not matter.
• By high-fiving, one group passes to the next behind the start/finish line.
• Within the groups, the workouts are done I-Go-You-Go (IGYG) style. Here it is up to the teams how they want to divide.
• In the man-woman group, the deficit HSPU is 15 cm.
