10 Round for time (TC = 35 min)
- 400 m run
- 20 Kettlebell Half-Swing (24, 16 kg)
- 20 Air-Squats
Teams:
• Teams of 4 will run with a single 2 m band. Each athlete must always hold the band with at least one hand during the run. If an athlete lets go of the band on the round in such a way that this could result in an advantage in running, the 400 m round must be repeated in full.
• Kettlebell Half-Swing and Squats must be synchronized. Synchronous kettlebell swings mean that all four athletes must be at least in the upswing movement at one point.
• All athletes must be in the downward motion in the squats at least once.
