Single Rope climb as buy-in before each round of
5 x Single Dumbbell Overhead Squats each side:
Men: 12.5/17.5/22.5/27.5/30 kg
Women: 8/12.5/17.5/22.5/27.5 kg
General:
• One rope climbing is to be performed before squats in each round.
Teams:
• One man and one woman will compete for the team. Both must complete the workout in parallel.
• The dumbbells may not be touched until both athletes complete the rope climb.
• Similarly, the rope climbs may not be started until both athletes have completed the previous squat round.
