Major General Dr. Jan Kuebart
Major General Dr. Jan Kuebart is the Director General of the German Military Aviation Authority. He is responsible for all aspects of safety in military aviation, including the certification of manned and unmanned aircraft, regulation and standardization of military flight operations, licensing of flying, technical and aeromedical personnel as well as the recognition of and cooperation with other Aviation Authorities.
Deputy Director-General and executive civil servant Alexander Knorr
Mr. Alexander Knorr is the Deputy Director-General of the German Military Aviation Authority (GMAA) and thus responsible for all aspects of safety in military aviation in the absence of the Director-General. At the same time, he also is the executive civil servant of the GMAA. In this position, he not only coordinates the various divisions, staff work and internal business affairs but also provides technical specialist leadership in these areas.
