Air Force Officer School
The Air Force Officer School is the central training facility for all future Air Force officers. Furthermore, it provides advanced and follow-on training.
Mission
Every Air Force officer keeps returning to this school to prepare for higher-level professional assignments.
The training focuses on shaping the personality and professional development of all course participants. The aim is to strengthen the leadership and cooperation skills required in the Air Force and in other major organizational elements of the Bundeswehr and to impart the competences required for future service as an Air Force officer in a manner that is as practical and action-oriented as possible.
This is also reflected in the motto of the Air Force Officer School: “Ich will” (“I am determined”).
